Opal & Co Cookie House began as a creative hobby in 2023, before officially opening in August 2025.
Based in Bowral, in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, the business specialises in handcrafted custom cookies and macarons for celebrations of all kinds.
Behind the scenes, I design, bake and finish every order by hand in my home kitchen. With a focus on quality, attention to detail and beautiful presentation, each order is individually created to suit the occasion.
