Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Your booking is confirmed once your invoice has been accepted and the required 50% non-refundable deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due prior to collection or delivery. Orders will not be released until full payment has been received.

I understand that life happens and plans can change! If you need to reschedule your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your booking has been confirmed, this deposit cannot be refunded, as it covers the time already spent on planning, administration and design, while also reserving your place in my calendar.

If you cancel your order more than 7 days before your collection date and have already paid in full, any amount paid above the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel your order within 7 days of your collection date, the full order value remains payable, as ingredients will have been purchased and work on your order has likely commenced.

Local pickup is available from Bowral, NSW, with local delivery available by arrangement.

Express Post is available for cookie orders outside my local collection and delivery area. Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery times and handling are outside my control and I cannot guarantee against loss or damage during transit.

Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts. While every care is taken, I cannot guarantee products are free from allergen traces.

Inspiration images are always welcome and help communicate the style you're looking for. While I may use reference images as inspiration, every order is individually designed in my own style and is not intended to be an exact replica of another artist's work.

I love sharing my work and may photograph completed orders for use on my website and social media. If your order includes edible images featuring people, I will always seek your permission before sharing any images online.
